Plainfield’s 19 – 6 third quarter run was key as the Lady Quakers ran away from Whiteland 77 – 47 in Mid State Conference girls basketball action.  The Quakers (8 – 2, 3 – 0) led from start to finish jumping out to a 20 – 14 first quarter lead before growing that margin to 38 – 25 at the half.  Abrielle Dugan powered her way to 14 first half points thanks to 7 of 8 shooting from the foul line.  Plainfield on the night connected on 21 of 25 from the stripe.  Berkeley Williams poured in eight of her 18 points during the third quarter run while Hannah Menser hit for 10 of her 20 points in the fourth.
