In both team’s season opener, the 2A Lapel Bulldogs topped the 2A Frankton Eagles 61-50. Frankton had an off night shooting a mere 37 percent as a team but still only managed to turn the ball over 9 times. Brady Carmack still tallied a 20 point, 11 rebound double-double with 4 steals on the defensive side of the ball. Joey Wright was the other lead contributor cashing in on 2 of 6 from deep on his way to 17 points with 4 assists. 

2A Lapel starts the season 1-0, 2A Frankton drops to 0-1.
