Wes-Del took a 66-29 victory over Muncie Burris in both teams’ sectional opener. The game started close with Wes-Del leading just 12-11 at the end of 1st, which included a 9-0 run for the Owls. The Warriors and Josiah Love took over the game in the second quarter, where Love scored 10 points in the first 3 minutes of action. Love finished the first half with 18 points, tying Burris’ first half total, before ending the game with 23 of his own, which led all scorers. Burris was led in scoring by Senior Asher Donahue in his final game wearing the Blue and Gold.
