IHSAA Football saw class 6A Sectional 6 open with a 36-0 shutout win by the #9 Cathedral Fighting Irish over the North Central Panthers. Xavier Dangerfield was a workhorse for the Irish rushing for just 76 yards on 13 carries with three touchdowns. Quarterback Cameron Koers threw for an impressive 135 yards completing 14 of 17 pass attempts. Koers found Slaughter in the end zone for a score. Amari Moore rounds out the scoring with a touchdown of his own. The loss for North Central puts the Panthers at 0-10 to end the season.
