The Central Indiana Conference saw the 3A Frankton Eagles pick up their first win of the year defeating the 2A Blackford Bruins 32-7. It was a full rush game for the Eagles with the Luzadder brothers putting in all the work. Fullback Nate led the offensive push for Frankton with 279 yards and four touchdowns. Cooper added the last touchdown to cap a 68-yard night on the ground. Cooper continued to produce defensively with a pair of interceptions with a third added by Ethan Stansberry. Caleb Shipley clocked a sack for the Eagles.

Frankton moves to 1-7 (1-5 in CIC), Blackford falls to 2-6 (1-5 in CIC).
