More Mid-State Conference action saw the 5A #6 Plainfield Quakers upend the 5A Whiteland Warriors 32-7. The Quakers’ offense was ground heavy with two ball carriers running for triple-digit yards. Westyn Weyrich led the way with 116 yards on 18 carries to lead the way. Luke Starnes added 111 yards on the ground with a 21-yard touchdown. Quarterback Bryce Sebanc added a pair of touchdowns, one with his feet and the other on a nine yard pass to Ethan Ellis. Tommy Spilker got involved in the offensive scheme for Plainfield with a touchdown pass on a flea flicker. Leo Heyob drilled a 28 yard field goal. In the loss for the Warriors, Slate Valentine led the offense with 147 yards and the lone touchdown. 

Plainfield jumps to 7-1 (5-1 in MSC), Whiteland drops to 3-4 (2-4 in MSC).
