The 6A #5 Cathedral Fighting Irish put the hammer down on the 4A #10 Roncalli Royals 35-6. Cameron Koers started the game hot with an 83-yard connection to Albren Johnson for a house call. Koers added a second touchdown to Damari Moore from 38 yards out to cap a 7 of 17 passing performance for 185 yards. Xavier Dangerfield added 65 yards on the ground with a two-yard touchdown carry. Special teams got into the mix as well with a blocked punt returned 25 yards for a touchdown by Aiden Flournoy and Van Krisiloff drilling a pair of field goals from 23 and 42 yards out. In the loss for Roncalli, Zach Dozier led the offense with 73 yards on the ground and a trip to the end zone. Collin Ash passed for 98 yards on nine completions for the Royals.

Cathedral moves to 5-2, Roncalli falls to 3-4.
